To ensure that the auction/tender package already include all necessary requirement, on this phase QS will coordinate with other consultants and do the following:
- Receive detail engineering design (DED) drawings from each planning consultant and proceed to prepare bill of quantity (BQ) and budget plan/rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) based on these documents.
- Prepare the auction/tender documents for main contractor and nominated sub-contractor (NSC).
- Suggest some cost-saving method/value engineering (VE).
